High intensity, high & low impact workout with abdominal work
and stretching. |
| ICE |
A Combo class of resistance training & aerobic exercises.
Before each set of resistance training you perform a short bout
of cardio to keep the heart rate elevated. This allows you to incinerate
more fat and build more muscle in less time. |
| Interval Blast |
A challenging total body conditioning class combining
intervals of low impact, step or BOSU, followed by strength training
intervals using the body bars, weights, resistance bands and more... |
| Kick-Boxing |
Karate, boxing, jumps, kicks and punches are combined into this

| Low Impact |
An intense "non-jumping" workout that is cardiovascular

| Pilates Intro |
This class is highly recommended
prior to attending a pilate's class. Learn the basic principles
of pilates. Introduced is the principles of pelvic and shoulder
girdle stabilization, and the unique breathing patterns that are
used to facilitate your movements and relax your muscles. |
| Mat Plus-Pilates |
Using small equipment including Fit-balls,
medicine balls, straps and fitness circles that will integrate resistance,
assistance and progressive overload. |
| Weights Plus Pilates |
30 minutes of weight training followed
by 30 minutes of pilates. |

A total body workout using the STEP |

45 minutes step workout followed by 30 minutes

This class features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination
of fast and slow rhythms set to Latin, African, Arabic & Hindu
music. Zumba is a combination of high energy with unique moves and
motivating music which allows participants to dance away their worries. |
Zumba Pop
w/Bells |
Zumba Dance format with "Top 40" American Pop music followed
by a Kettlebell Swing workout. The kettlebells build athleticism,
cardiovascular endurance, Flexibility and strength while burning excess
fat! |
