| Cardio Climb |
A total-body workout with upper and lower body work. High intensity
intervals using a high bench. Movements are slow and controlled. No

This dynamic class blends Lo-impact aerobics, step and the kettlebell

| Pilates Intro |
This class is highly recommended
prior to attending a pilate's class. Learn the basic principles
of pilates. Introduced is the principles of pelvic and shoulder
girdle stabilization, and the unique breathing patterns that are
used to facilitate your movements and relax your muscles. |
| Mat Plus-Pilates |
Using small equipment including Fit-balls,
medicine balls, straps and fitness circles that will integrate resistance,
assistance and progressive overload. |
| Weights Plus Pilates |
30 minutes of weight training followed

45 minutes step workout followed by 30 minutes

| Circuit |
This high intensity class consisting of challenging cardiovascular
