Class Description
   
The Barre Class Male or female you can embrace this extraordinary workout. When you work at the barre you have a sense of center & balance that allows you to concentrate on the muscle group you are working on. Strength, stabilization & conditioning of the pelvic area & the inner thigh provide an excellent Workout.
Boot Camp A simple, easy to follow, yet demanding circuit class that is designed to promote skill and body position development while delivering a high intensity, multi-style progressive workout. No class experience required. A challenging workout for all abilities.
Cardio Bootcamp This class focuses on a blend of core strength, cardio and muscle endurance using fit-balls, resistance bands, dumbbells and the BOSU.
Cardio Want a great cardio workout? This is the class for you. A fun and energetic class that will challenge your cardiovascular levels.
Cardio Climb A total-body workout with upper and lower body work. High intensity intervals using a high bench. Movements are slow and controlled. No fancy footwork!
Cardio Dance Dance style choreography and a whole lot of sweat!
Hi/Lo High intensity, high & low impact workout with abdominal work and stretching.
ICE

A Combo class of resistance training & aerobic exercises. Before each set of resistance training you perform a short bout of cardio to keep the heart rate elevated. This allows you to incinerate more fat and build more muscle in less time.

Interval Blast A challenging total body conditioning class combining intervals of low impact, step or BOSU, followed by strength training intervals using the body bars, weights, resistance bands and more...
Kick-Boxing Karate, boxing, jumps, kicks and punches are combined into this great workout.
Low Impact An intense "non-jumping" workout that is cardiovascular challenging but minimizes undue musculoskeletal stress.
Muscle Core Fusion The class fuses traditional resistance training techniques with stabilization, balance and coordination movements to work the core.
Muscle Max Intense strength training with body bars, weights and resistance bands. Beginners welcome!
Muscle Max Light A 30 minute introductory resistance training class with the focus on safe training.
Muscle Max Plus A challenging 75 minute strength training class.
Pilates

An all inclusive workout for those wanting strength, flexibility, focus, awareness, and relaxation. Focusing on movement quality to achieve a balanced body that feels as vital as it looks.

Pilates Intro

This class is highly recommended prior to attending a pilate's class. Learn the basic principles of pilates. Introduced is the principles of pelvic and shoulder girdle stabilization, and the unique breathing patterns that are used to facilitate your movements and relax your muscles.

Mat Plus-Pilates

Using small equipment including Fit-balls, medicine balls, straps and fitness circles that will integrate resistance, assistance and progressive overload.

Weights Plus Pilates

30 minutes of weight training followed by 30 minutes of pilates.

Step

A total body workout using the STEP

Step-n-Weights 45 minutes step workout followed by 30 minutes of weight training.
Circuit This high intensity class consisting of challenging cardiovascular and muscular conditioning. Includes intervals of Step, Hi/Lo, Tae-Bo and strength training.
Stretch Work on your flexibility in a class which focuses on stretching major muscle groups. A much needed and often overlooked component of the average fitness regime!
Yoga Ashtanga Yoga - This Power Yoga class offers the opportunity to increase strength, flexibility, balance and inner peace.
Hatha Yoga - Enjoy a complete body workout that involves strengthening, toning and stretching all major muscle groups through isolated movements and poses.
Vinyassa Yoga - This high energy athletic style connects breath and movement in continuous flow that expands on the base of Power Yoga.
Wake-up & Flow - High Energy Vinyassa Class.
Yoga Fusion - An intermediate Yoga Class... between Hatha and Vinyassa. Beginner friendly.

Zumba This class features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms set to Latin, African, Arabic & Hindu music. Zumba is a combination of high energy with unique moves and motivating music which allows participants to dance away their worries.
Zumba Pop
w/Bells
Zumba Dance format with "Top 40" American Pop music followed by a Kettlebell Swing workout. The kettlebells build athleticism, cardiovascular endurance, Flexibility and strength while burning excess fat!
