When you join BHC you will receive a complimentary Private Session with one of our Certified Personal Trainers. They will get you started on a personal fitness program designed just for you.

Pilates Reformer Options include

Private, semi-private and group training(3-4 people) lessons. Pilates reformer classes are held in the BHC private pilates studio, fully equipped with the Pilates Reformer, Stability Chair and Cadillac Trapeze Table.

Personal Training....offered by certified and degreed trainers with over 60 years of combined experience. Our trainers will take your workout to the next level. You will see results and workout in ways you cannot while on your own. Our trainers add variety and structure to your routine and workout.

These sessions are personalized to help you achieve your personal fitness goals. Pilates improves strength, flexibility, core control, coordination, balance and posture.



Our Cycling Program... stands out from all others in the area with a dedicated studio, over 40 bikes and the best instructors. There is no other club that can compare to our program.



Full Basketball Court....complete with floating wood floor and daily open play times, can add a great game to your workout routine. On Wednesday Evenings join in the fun of Adult Floor Hockey all members are welcome. Our running/walking
Indoor Track
surrounds the Basketball Court.



Beverly Hills Club offers classes for Pre-Natal and Osteoporosis
- Beaumont’s Aqua Moms and Yoga Moms classes are very popular with expecting moms.

Better Bones Classes are perfect aiding in osteoporosis prevention and aid in bone density. Aqua Moms, Yoga Moms and Better Bones classes are available to non-members.



The Pool
... BHC lap pool is 25 yards it is kept at approx. 83 degrees. 36 laps (72 lengths) is 1 mile. Lanes open all club hours for lap swim.
Hot Tub ... The hot tub is kept at 104 degrees. The hot tub is for members over the age of 13.
Manta Ray Swim Classes ... Hey babies and kids of all ages, this Swim-tacular swim school has classes for babies and children of all ages and levels.

BEAUMONT PROGRAMS:

Aqua Moms: A Pre-Natal Class held in the Beverly Hills Club pool that offers “moms-to-be” a cardiovascular and resistive workout in the pool. Researchers have established not only that exercise during pregnancy is safe, but it also promotes the health and well-being of both the infant and the mother. Pre-Natal Classes

Yoga Moms: Join other expectant mothers as you learn yoga techniques to enhance your pregnancy and prepare you for labor and birth. Benefits may include decreased back pain and swelling, increased strength, less fatigue and a calm focused mind. Pre-Natal Classes

Better Bones: (Non-members welcome) Research shows that weight bearing, resistance exercise can improve your bone density. You will improve your muscle strength and decrease the risk of brittle bones due to osteoporosis.. Pre-Natal Classes

COMMIT TO FIT 2009:

TEENS IN TRAINING:

This program is designed for junior members 12-14 years of age. Young teens are trained and BHC “Teens in Training” certified to workout during special supervised times on the adult fitness floor.

Cost is FREE (teen must be a member)
Hours are daily 12 - 5:30pm &
Mon - Thurs 7:00-9:30pm.
