BEAUMONT PROGRAMS:
Aqua Moms: (Non-members welcome) A Pre-Natal Class
held in the Beverly Hills Club pool that offers “moms-to-be”
a cardiovascular and resistive workout in the pool. Researchers have established
not only that exercise during pregnancy is safe, but it also promotes
the health and well-being of both the infant and the mother. 
Yoga Moms: (Non-members welcome) Join other expectant
mothers as you learn yoga techniques to enhance your pregnancy and prepare
you for labor and birth. Benefits may include decreased back pain and
swelling, increased strength, less fatigue and a calm focused mind.
