BEAUMONT PROGRAMS:

Aqua Moms: (Non-members welcome) A Pre-Natal Class held in the Beverly Hills Club pool that offers “moms-to-be” a cardiovascular and resistive workout in the pool. Researchers have established not only that exercise during pregnancy is safe, but it also promotes the health and well-being of both the infant and the mother. Pre-Natal Classes

Yoga Moms: (Non-members welcome) Join other expectant mothers as you learn yoga techniques to enhance your pregnancy and prepare you for labor and birth. Benefits may include decreased back pain and swelling, increased strength, less fatigue and a calm focused mind. Pre-Natal Classes

Better Bones: (Non-members welcome) Research shows that weight bearing, resistance exercise can improve your bone density. You will improve your muscle strength and decrease the risk of brittle bones due to osteoporosis.. Pre-Natal Classes

Beyond Baby: (Non-members welcome) Aqua aerobics is a great way to get back your pre-baby body.This class is recommended for moms at least six weeks postpartum with their physicians approval. Pre-Natal Classes
