Did you know that weight training for osteoporosis can help protect your bones?
Studies show that strength training can help prevent bone loss and even help build new bone.

We lose so much muscle as we age that by the time we’re 70, we have about 50% to 55% of our muscle mass left. Maintaining strong muscles through weight training helps to keep up your balance and coordination, critical in preventing falls, which can lead to osteoporosis-related fractures.
