exciting destination created for BHC Tweens, ages 8 yrs & up. It is
a cutting edge environment offering a technology enhanced Xperience complete
w/the most advanced interactive games, exergaming, and entertainment systems.
The games require your Tween to bike, dance & move. It's a great way
to get them to take a break from the computer and get up and use their

Adults: BHC offers a variety of programs, from Tennis to Swimming to Pre-natal classes. Other programs include Pilates Reformer, Yoga and Pilates classes, spinning, aqua aerobics, kick-boxing, belly-dancing and much more.
