A Pre-Natal Exercise Class held at BHC that offers a cardiovascular
and resistive workout in the pool. Researchers have

Beyond Baby (Non-members welcome)

Aqua aerobics is a great way to get back your pre-baby body. Among many other benefits,
water aerobics can help: Tone waist, trim hips, flatten tummy; increase energy levels; ease emotional
highs and lows; ease back and shoulder pain from delivery; regain and improve your pre-pregnancy physique,
buld strength to carry your new bundle of joy!

This class is recommended for moms at least six weeks postpartum with their physicians approval.

The nursery is available for non-members with a "Special" Beaumont price of $2.50 per hour. Babies need to be at least 3 months of age. The Nursery closes at 8pm.

Medical research shows that weight bearing, resistance
exercise can improve your bone density.

Level 1
You will improve your muscle strength and decrease the risk of brittle bones due to osteoporosis
Tues & Thurs 1-2PM

Level 2
Weight bearing exercise for those participants who have completed the Level 1 Better Bones program and have witnessed first hand the benefits of weight training, balance training and low impact exercise.
Tues & Thurs 2-3PM
