terrains. Including high rpm, acceleration drills and pedaling on
flats and inclines. |
| Spin-n-Yoga |
A 45 minute ride followed
by 45 minutes of yoga. Continue to burn fat off the bike as you lengthen
and strengthen! |
| Spin-N-Core |
60 minutes of slow, steady, hard resistance
work. Most of the class is done in the hills to build muscle, strength
and power. Followed-up with 15 minutes of ab work. |
