Spinning Schedule: Monthly Spin Schedule lists daily times and classes:



*Sunday 7:45am, Spin Policy - To participate in the Sunday 7:45am Spin Class, you must obtain a number from the front desk. Numbers will not be given out until 7am on Sunday. This number will guarantee you a bike. You will receive 2 of the same numbers, one to put on your bike and the other to keep with you. Only one number will be given to each member. The instructor will collect numbers. Priority to those with numbers.

Our Cycling program allows members of all ages & fitness
levels to get a great workout. BHC leads the area in

and viewers of FOX 2 WJBK Detroit "Most Favorite" Spinning
Instructor. Classes are held in the high tech spin studio
located on the mezzanine level of the fitness area.

Class Description
   
All Terrain This training session emphasizes different terrains. Including high rpm, acceleration drills and pedaling on flats and inclines.
Spin-n-Yoga A 45 minute ride followed by 45 minutes of yoga. Continue to burn fat off the bike as you lengthen and strengthen!
Spin-N-Core 60 minutes of slow, steady, hard resistance work. Most of the class is done in the hills to build muscle, strength and power. Followed-up with 15 minutes of ab work.

Strength Spin 60 minutes of slow, steady, hard resistance work. Most of the class is done in the hills to build muscle, strength and power. Followed-up with 15 minutes of ab work.
Spin-n-Pilates 45 minutes of intense Spinning followed by 45 minutes of Pilates. An all inclusive workout for those wanting strength, flexibility, focus, awareness and relaxation.
Spin-n-Weights 60 minutes ride followed by 30 minutes of weight training.
