Members can utilize all types of different training equipment in order to improve their strength, as well as work on their speed and agility on our training turf. The Sports Performance Center allows our members to add a wider variety to their work out in order to achieve maximum results. It’s a great place to train with one of our experienced personal trainers, either one on one or in a group session. Members have the option to hit 13 heavy bags, flip different sized tires, use TRX straps and pull-up bars as well as functional training ropes. The Sports Performance Center is also where we host our challenging, high energy kick-boxing classes.
The Sports Performance Center is home to our NEW sports training program, Dominant Athletic Training (DAT), which is in partnership with Red Wings Hall of Famer, Larry Murphy. DAT is committed to improving the athletic performance of young athletes of all sports, ages and levels.
The Sports Performance Center is also a great place for children. Children have plenty of room to play sports, games and activities during our summer camp programs and basketball clinics. If you’re looking for a great place to host your child’s next birthday party, The Sports Performance Center can be rented out for a gym and sports themed party as well!
