There are hundreds of weight loss programs out there, so how does Fitlife stand out amongst the rest? BHC’s new Fitlife Weight Loss Program is unique since you are given dieting and exercise plans that are catered specifically for YOU. Your Fitlife consultant will analyze the foods you eat during your first two weeks on the program, as well as the foods you enjoy eating. We then incorporate healthy foods, diet and exercise as well as the foods you already eat into weekly meal plans so reaching your goal weight is practical and feasible. No starving yourself, and no counting calories. You receive one on one counseling AND training.
- Weigh in once a week with your own Fitlife consultant
- Train with one of our Fitlife trainers twice a month
- We provide you with weekly food journals and dieting plans based on your unique weight loss goals.
- Fitlife Consultants offer their candid advice and support to keep you motivated towards achieving your goal. .
Monthly: $55.00 per month (minimum of 6 months)
Pre-paid: $198.00 for 3 months (must be paid in full)
