TRX (Suspension Training)
Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training, bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.
TRX® performance training uses gravity and your body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal.
-Get a fast, effective total body workout -Benefits people of ALL fitness levels (pro athletes to seniors).

Create-a-Class available with 4 or more participants, All TRX classes must have a minimum of 6 participants to run. Sessions can be booked directly with a TRX Trainer or through Shawn Sage. You can call him at (248-642-8500) or email him at: shawn_sagebhc@comcast.net.

If your are interested in Group sessions it is recommended you begin with a Private Session to become acquainted with movements and equipment.

The price is:
6 Week Session (Tuesday – Thursday Classes) are $78 per person
5 Week Session (Monday Classes) is $65
