Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training, bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.
TRX® performance training uses gravity and your body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal.
-Get a fast, effective total body workout -Benefits people of ALL fitness levels (pro athletes to seniors).

Private, Semi-Private & Create-a-Group Sessions can be booked directly with a TRX Trainer or through Shawn Sage.
If your are interested in Group sessions it is recommended you begin with a Private Session to become acquainted with movements and equipment.

Monday – 5:30am, 9:30am, 6:30pm
Tuesday – 5:30am, 9:30am, 6:30pm
Wednesday – 6:00am, 9:30am, 6:00pm
Thursday – 6:00am, 9:30am, 6:00pm
Friday – 9:30am
