Meet the
BHC Yoga Trainers:
Kathleen Dib, RYT: is certified by
Katherine Lucas in Ashtanga, Vinyassa, and Karma Yoga. She has been practicing
Hatha Yoga for nine years, and teaching since 2004. Kathy used to take
yoga classes after spinning or step class and instantly became drawn to
how wonderful she felt after each yoga practice.
Nancy McCaochan, M.A., RYT in
2001, Nancy McCaochan left southeastern Ohio and full time college teaching
for metro-Detroit to deepen her yoga study. She has been teaching for
10 years and has explored many traditions of Hatha Yoga from Kripalu to
Kundalini. However, her primary influences have been in Iyengar, Ashtanga,
Vinyassa, and Anusara.
