CAMP INFORMATION

 

The goal of the BEVERLY HILLS CLUB CAMP is to provide a fun, safe, positive experience for our campers.

Beverly Hills Club provides camps during the summer and school breaks, following the Birmingham Public School calendar for school breaks.

 

Camp Hours:  

  • Before care: 7:30-9:00am (not available for Jr Camp)

  • Adventure/ Extreme Camp: 9:00am-4:30pm

  • Jr Camp: 9:00am-1:00pm 

 

Daily Schedule of Activities:

  • Daily meeting and review of rules

  • Outdoor activities

  • Swim – Adventure campers

  • Gym games/Crafts – Extreme campers

  • Lunch

  • Outdoor activities

  • Swim – Extreme campers

  • Gym games/crafts-Adventure campers

  • Snack

 

*Daily activities subject to change due to weather.  

 

Admission Policy:

Beverly Hills Club requires the following to be completed for your child to enroll in our programs ONLINE

  • Account Setup Online – complete with billing information

  • Release and Waiver of Beverly Hills Club Liability – completed with online account setup

  • Program Registration – online    

FORMS AT THE CLUB – These forms need to be completed once per calendar year (Jan-Dec) and are given to you on the first day of camp.

  • Child Information Form – completely filled out

  • Good Health Statement – signed, dated, with/without restrictions

  • Sunscreen Policy

  • Consent to Swim 

  • Walking Field Trip Permission Slip

  • Signed Written Information Packet Documentation

 

Withdrawal Policy:

 

PARENT WITHDRAWALS

Beverly Hills Club requires a 1-week notice for a full refund; meaning 1 week prior to session start date that the child would begin the program.

 

BHC WITHDRAWALS

BHC may withdraw a child for the following reasons;

  • Behavior Issues (see discipline policy)

  • Non-payment (effective immediately)

  • Not the right fit for the child (1 week notice)

 

Camp Registration:

You must pre-register by 8pm the Sunday prior to the start of the week of camp you want your camper to attend.  We suggest early registration, as available space is limited.

Sibling Discount: There is a $10.00 discount for each additional child in the same family, only if the child is registered for the same full week of camp.  Our online system is unable to implement this price adjustment, families will be charged the standard rates and our back office will later refund the difference to the card used. 

 

Late pick-up: You will be charged $1/minute, per child past 4:30pm (1:30pm for Jr Camp).

Payment will be made in cash directly to staff member staying with child. In the event this is not paid in cash, the amount will be charged to the card on file.

         

Camp Check-in:

  • Camp check-in is from 7:30-9:00am. No late arrivals.

  • Parents must come in daily to check-in camper.

  • Please hand in all required forms at this time.

  • Please allow time for child’s temperature to be taken and to complete forms.

  • Any child with a temperature of 100.4 or above will not be permitted to attend camp.

Camp Check-out: 

  • Parents are required to pick up campers before 4:30pm.

  • Parents/guardians or those authorized should be prepared to show your ID at sign out each day. If you need to add someone to the authorized pick up list, you will need to request an authorized pick up form at drop-off and have it returned to camp staff before pick up.

  • Please notify staff at drop-off if campers will be leaving camp early for the day. 

  • Counselors who stay past 4:30pm with any camper not checked out by an authorized guardian will charge a $1/minute late fee per child.  

  • Beverly Hills Club does not offer an aftercare service. 

 

Food:

Campers are required to bring a lunch.  NO food is available to purchase at the club.  We will provide an afternoon snack, however you may want to pack an additional snack. 

Campers must bring a filled, labeled water bottle.

Children with food allergies eat in a separate room.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND MONEY WITH CAMPERS.  Campers are not allowed to make purchases from the vending machines.
