Pre-workout breakfast to fuel your body

Pear & Lemon Green Smoothie

Rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, our Green Smoothie makes the perfect start to the day. You can sub in green apple or pineapple for pear, just don't forget to use frozen banana for maximum morning refreshment.


1 cup (250ml) almond milk (or dairy alternative) 1⁄4 cup (30g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder) 2 cups (80g) baby spinach leaves 1⁄2 green pear cored & roughly chopped 1⁄2 banana (large) roughly chopped & frozen 1 lemon zest & juice 1⁄4 tsp ground cinnamon or to taste 4-6 ice cubes

METHOD - based on 1 serving Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy and serve. Note: You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.
