Coconut, Blueberry & Date Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

3⁄4 cup (190ml) coconut water

2 tbs vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)

1⁄2 medium banana

1⁄4 cup (40g) fresh or frozen blueberries

1 pitted medjool date

10 whole almonds (roasted)

3-4 ice cubes


METHOD - based on 1 servings

Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy and serve immediately.


Note: You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder..
