Electronic Delivery of Communications and Use of Electronic Signatures
Under this consent, Beverly Hills Club (“BHC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may provide any or all communications electronically by email, text message, telephone, or by making them available through Beverly Hills Club websites, online member portals, applications, or other electronic systems.
Electronic communications may include, but are not limited to:
- Membership agreements, waivers, policies, and other documents required to use Beverly Hills Club services
- Payment authorizations, receipts, and transaction confirmations
- Account statements and account history
- Membership and program information
- Registration confirmations
- Appointment, class, program, or event confirmations and reminders
- Transactional and relationship-related communications
- Important updates regarding your membership or BHC services
- Promotions, special offers, and other marketing communications
Beverly Hills Club may also use electronic signatures and may obtain your electronic signature when you complete membership applications, registrations, waivers, agreements, or other documents electronically. Your electronic signature may have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may withdraw your consent to receive informational or marketing communications by following the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions provided in the communication or by contacting Beverly Hills Club directly. You understand that withdrawing consent to marketing communications means BHC will no longer send you marketing messages after your withdrawal becomes effective. Withdrawal of consent does not apply retroactively and does not affect communications that were already sent before your withdrawal.
Some communications are necessary to provide services, administer your membership or account, process transactions, or communicate important information. Therefore, opting out of marketing communications does not necessarily prevent BHC from sending you non-marketing, transactional, or service-related communications.
If you have opted out of SMS text messages, you may contact Beverly Hills Club to request assistance with opting back in, where available. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

By providing your telephone number and agreeing to this communication consent, you understand that Beverly Hills Club may contact you by telephone call and/or SMS text message regarding your membership, account, registrations, programs, services, promotions, special offers, or other communications related to Beverly Hills Club.
Where applicable, calls or text messages may be made using automated technology or an automatic telephone dialing system.
Consent to receive marketing calls or text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Beverly Hills Club. You may choose not to provide consent to marketing communications and may still contact BHC or purchase goods or services through other available methods.
